A brief shout-out (God, I hate that term, but can't think of anything else right now) to a great co-worker and friend, Maureen Milliken, who will be running the Manchester City Marathon today. It will be her sixth marathon.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the support. It's nice to have a cheering section -- even if it's virtual and electronic.
I think if everyone would just run marathons, the world would be a much better place. No war, no hate (except for the hatred of people in SUVs talking on cell phones while you are running a marathon trying to cross Mast Road in Pinardville and they are trying to kill you), and best of all, everyone would be reading newspapers. I firmly believe this.
So get out there are start running!
